Compensation and balance


Compensation training is the new black! Compensation training is a complex training. It was originally more about rehabilitation training, which uses more muscle groups in all the planes – sagittal,  coronal, and transverse plane, in exercises, that simulate all the common activities we do every day. This training is really helpful for people, who have been through some serious injuries. It also helps to achieve better muscle balance and articular stability.


We can use several types of sports equipment to simulate uneven planes:  overballs, fitballs, special water weights, TRX, BOSU, and Gravity.
